Ah... of course... you are obviously much more aware of forum fun than me. I had erroniously concluded that the venerable mr. Bo had fallen upon some dire consequences of super bowl festivities...

but alas... your theory of coyness is most plausable

thx

Kevbo contacted me back channel...I think he's saving what's left of himself for someone special...thankfully, there was no hint that it would be me...

Kevbo's worried that if he becomes a Rivet Master women will only want him because of the status.

I can tell you that this is a real concern. Once I became a Rivet Master my world changed.

Groupies, Back stage party invites, Phone calls from Paris Hilton etc.

It's not all glamour and I guess Kevbo's not ready for it.

I am sure Kev is waiting for the right moment for his upgrade to RM. I would not doubt that he will re-over decorate his trailer in a rivet master motif. There is also what to wear. If you know Kevin, he does not take these things lightly. I just hope he posts pictures......

A message in the air

Kevbo,
When you fly over Palm Springs on your way to Dead Horse Ranch, lower the skyhook, we will have cold Coors on the snatchpole for the horses and Corona Extra with lime for you. Sort of like a beer Margarita tune up for the Rally. An old Corps celebration thing...

Mr Popeil's son is all ready to unveil the RONCO Rivet and Stud Setter in recognition of Kevbo's imminent coronation, but he can't wait much longer...there's more, but he can't reveal what 'more' is...it will have to be soon, however, as the lull between Halloween and Thanksgiving is the trendy time for Christmas releases...c'mon, Kev(may I call you Kev on such a short relationship?), take your bull by the horns and greet your destiny! I'm tired, now, can I go home?...m

mr. caster,

whereas a larger truck at first blush, may seem to be in order, i'm all about moderation, at all levels...

so, say, if we all brought a little wood, we would have a lot.

as i often do, i was over wooded.

so i did this...

Loaded with beer

Hey Kevbo. I could swing by sometime and help move some of that beer. I see you have two cases of Sam Adams. I've got room in my truck....

Nope...the bad news is he has another fancy shirt, the good news is that he has already applied the standard Kevbo 3X starch.

4X its 4X. I remember the lecture really well. The hats are 5X felt and the shirts are 4X starch. 3X won't stop a bullet but 4X will. Must be a Cowboy thing.
