What Happens At A FCU Rally...
howdy friends...
you know what happens at a (insert name or rally or convention here)...
stays at the (insert name of rally or convention here)...
so any way,
we had a light activity day, where we just visited a single cowboy bar, a feed store that supports the FFA, a gun store (SMOKE n Guns, 322 s. main st., "gun control is having a steady hand!), did Ant-i-Qing, and then lounged around the bauxite.
very quiet,
camp fire just started...

Oh come on now, there is no way that any rally attended by Kevbo could be described as "very quiet". Sounds like a bluff to me.

It has just come to our attention that the Peeps that were so graciously transported to the Malibu notreallyarallyrally in support of the FCU rally have apparently taken over the RV parks office. It seems that someone mentioned they were picking up eggs at the office store and the Peeps stormed the office in hopes of saving the embryos......

friends,
hitched the dream stream this morning and departed 9am 'ish...
10:20am 'ish and the thunder storm from all getout is brewing. pulled into some unknown rest stop w/the Peeps...
dorthy and toto just flew by.
were staying put... set 'stat to 75, and doing a movie.

another perfect Hensley hook-up this morning
Richard,
The picture of the peep in the rear window came out great. You guys left so early that you missed the the perfect Hensley hook-up. But Gary did take pictures. Our Peep is enjoying free (slow) WiFi at the Kingman KOA. We had snow, sleet, rain and snow pellets from south of Flagstaff to just east of Kingman. And the top of the trailer is cleaner then it was at the ralley. Thanks again (everbody) for setting up such a great ralley. We had a blast.

More fun than.... well you know - the FCU folks have created a new standard for having fun. From now on, the saying will be - more fun than a FCU rally. Thanks for the memories. We're already looking forward to the next rally.

Here are a few highlights of the rally.
The oldest trailer award went to Bead (flyfshr) for his 59 Trade Wind.
Jan's Award went to Axel (SilverToy) for his monster 34 footer.
The big surprise came in the longest drive catagory where Mike (MYoung) took honors by picking up an additional 200 miles by leaving his wallet at home and going back 100 miles to pick it up. Very creative!
The people's choise award was won (after a tie breaker vote) by Brad (flyfshr). Way to go Brad!
Lots of prizes were given away, I even won a nice battery monitor from Randy at Best Convertors! Thanks Randy!

In the above pictures
We had a birthday girl at the happy hour! Joan (SkyValley) was surprised by a cake and the singing of happy birthday! Thanks go to Kevin who went out and found a very tasty cake for Joan.
Kevin got a special award for being the best backup host you could ask for. After I went to bed on Thursday he went out and found 2 more trailers on the road, got them to the area and helped them get parked. Thanks Mr Peep!
