Hey, I see you have an Argosy, I've been living in one about half time since I need to commute 4 hours from Santa Barbara to Morgan Hill CA and the trailer is in a park under Oak Trees called Oak Dell Park. 95% or the people are living here full time. You learn a lot about trailers by living in them so much. I have the back twin model and I span a full size bed acrosswise, pretty comfy and can go back to twins if needed. I have considered painting the Argosy, saw a wild blue metalic one on here some where and a guy that stripped and removed paint and polished into an almost Airstream but I may just paint the peeling endcaps (they are galvanized as you might know.) The other paint is so good I think I will buff it. I am considering Corian tops in the center bath and kitchen (avocado green is so 70s) - my attempt at plank flooring from Home Base didn't work out since I can't close the gaps as the trailer gives so much - someone suggested cork and I may go there. I have leaks and will seal before the rainy season. Have to fix Suprisingly it holds up pretty good. Has to replace the hot water heater, nice to have a switch inside and auto ignite. Put in a Have used the furnace off and on - I find it easier to go electric for heat and put in a Lightning Rod electric element that heats the water heater and need much less propane. I would like a good replacement for the gaucho couch - futons don't bend enough.
