Pebbled trim showed up today, a great match other than the original being more of an off white

Here is the McMaster Carr part number 8451A91

https://www.mcmaster.com/nav/enter.asp?partnum=8451A91

This bright white will work well around the toilet in the bathroom, going to order some in off white for the fireplace heat shield

And with the new trim, finally finished up the sheet metal walls around the toilet!

May have taken two years, but I can finally call that project done, no more staring at wires and pipes!

Felt like I could still see aluminum after 2 coats so i ended up doing 3 coats of the Henry enviro-white, 1.5 gallons. Not sure how it will cure long term, currently still tacky after a couple days, holds dirty finger/footprints very well.

Install second maxxair fan
Unclog or run new AC drains
White Elastomer paint for the roof
Capt. Tolleys all the rivets and replace any loose ones
Reseal windows (window gaskets are a separate project)
Reseal all exterior lights and fittings, and convert all bulbs to LED
Brush aluminum
Sharkhide aluminum
Fiberglass/ABS weld banana wraps and spare tire cover
Paint bottom
Install or paint new stripe
New 1/4" rubrail (the big rail is already new)

Realized I never posted my Honeywell T9 smart thermostat install I did in January. Pretty simple, requires a separate power supply and a relay to fool it into thinking it's running a home furnace. Both available on Amazon, install took minutes.

Tried a Google nest before the Honeywell and returned it, was unhappy with it's lack of technical ability. With this if I have internet it will send me notifications when the temp/humidity go out of bounds either hot or cold, and supports little Bluetooth temp sensors I can put in spots prone to freezing, like under the bed. The nest couldn't do either of those things.

T9 is the model, Honeywell T9 smart thermostat
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07N849J21/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_OhvpFbJA5CSH6

I used this relay to interface with the furnace
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004KNPRBK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_alvpFbN48XW8N

And I also used this power supply, note the thermostat always needs power so with this supply it only works on 110, but if you hook it up to a 12vdc-120vac inverter it will still work when boondocking.

Lucky dog, on the 310 the top mounting bolts are actually reachable. If my memory serves me right, you can drop the bag just enough to reach the air fittings.

Really? And here I was all geared up to cut a hole in my floor.
Thanks for the tip!

If you can cut holes without destroying existing flooring, by all means do it. I did it on the 310 without the access holes. I recommending vacuuming/blasting the top of the cross frame. Check your traverse rod bushings

Yep, I was able to replace the air bags on my 310 from underneath. Since you're basically disconnecting the mechanism that keeps the differential attached to the frame and holds the body up you need to do a really good job of supporting the frame so it doesn't come down on top of you. Just want you to be safe....

It looks like the previous owner left me with everything I need to redo the windows except for 10 feet of the "motorhome trim seal" and "fin seal" for the front windows. Just ordered the trim seal, fortunately in stock, and I guess my fin seals are ok or I can replace with the other fuzzy seal if needed.

So I should be able to get the job done for about $50

Sometimes I do get lucky!

If you’re willing, it would be great if you could photo document the rear air bag replacement.
I’m sure it’s in my future at some point. All the 310 owners would really benefit....thanks Rob.

I used Henry's white on my canned ham trailer restoration. It held up well. As I recall, it cured pretty quickly, but then again I was in the summer sun. Gets about as hard as a finger nail.
