Well inspired by Daisy's shiny panties and the arrival of the polishing equipment i decided to give it a go..

The cloth wheel works good

The treated air-way wheel kicks butt - i like it

Everything stays much cooler with the air-way wheel and it is easier to control

I am using black bar followed by white bar - 3lb bars broken in half

Dewalt DW849

Wheel rake

This is not a final product - just messing around

Small world,

My cousin works here in St. Louis, and I used to buy my Aluminum there before I moved to Texas.

I just found this thread. What a mess!

I wish I lived nearby so I could watch this happen. No, I wish you lived nearby, so I wouldn't have to live in Fla.

Thinking about multiple grey or fresh water tanks, how do you link them so they drain completely or the pump pumps out of all the fresh water tanks? I would think you would have to have a pipe from each tank to drain. And maybe each fresh water tank should be a little higher (with slight slant downward at one end) than the next so water will flow to the lowest one. Exterior fill could go to the highest one and drain at lowest. Same idea with grey tank.

Are you going to add an axle? Use tractor tires?

How do we know your abductors forced you to post this? On the other hand, if you are dead, it's good to know wifi works wherever you are now.

Man, I sure hope they have wifi in the afterlife. Without turning this into a religious debate... heaven would have FiOS wireless, and hell would have a 14.4k modem that eternally makes those phone connection noises.
