Just not sure of safety...

Mine is marked 75 psi. I have similar leak...only leaks (out bottom drain tube) when pump is on or city water pressure turned on.

Andy is right (DUH). THAT swivel socket hasn't been available for many years. However, if you go to lighting store, thrift store, Wallymart, Target etc you can find lights that use similar swivel....
