We tow a 23 with the same truck. More than enough truck. The short bed limits the payload. I do use a propride hitch. I leave with a full water tank. And all the toys we expect to use.

Maybe. On my 2006 23 footer I replaced the group 24 batteries with Costco 6 volts. I had to add a battery box extension to accommodate the increased height of the batteries. The width was fine.

We have one of these and a turbo creo. Wiht the battery removed and otherwise stripped down the two can ride on the Fiamma. Hard to hit 28 on the flats with the creo but any downhill and it flies....
