Looking for anyone who has knowledge of or has replaced the bathroom faucet. I have a 2020 FC 26RBQ and would like to replace the faucet but have some questions. First, does the sink have caulking underneath the rim? Secondly, it appears that there are some type of wing nut type of fasteners holding it down. Correct? Finally, are the connectors standard household fittings to pair up with a replacement faucet?

Any guidance or information will be appreciated.

I did a sink and faucet replacement last weekend, it took three trips to Ace Hardware but that was mostly for modifying the drain of the deeper sink to fit. The sink in my 2020 FC 27 FB was not caulked to the counter, there are four wing nut brackets securing it to the hole in the counter. The faucet body also had no caulking, just a foam seal. The fittings from the old faucet to the new faucet took a simple adapter from Ace. Here are before and after pics. Very do-able job, Suggest you take some pics along the way so you can recall what went where. I brought the faucet supply hose with me to Ace and was able to easily identify the adapter.

I’ve got the same crappy faucet and sink in our 2017 25’ FC. I was going to just replace the faucet. Was ready to do so with a single hole taller faucet when I learn that I was going to need to regroup.

The vent for my drain trap terminates just under the faucet. I will need to adjust the plumbing to make room for a new faucet.

If I’m going to adjust the drain lines, I’ll likely change out the sink to a deeper sink. Seems very few of my “projects” are simple as initially conceived.
