Has to be a way of accessing the faucet from cabinet door or panel. It would help if you told us what AS you have, year, and model. This way someone that has your unit can help you specifically. Good luck. Mine vanity has a tambour slide, easy reach under.

Looks exactly like our '83 excella. I'm in middle of refurbing the rear bath and can tell you that yes, its accessible. Can get to it from the exterior rear compartment (over the bumper) You have to be a bit of a contortionist, but its doable.

Msasse,

See how easy that was to get the answer! Now all you have to do is ask Poolman to come over and show you how it is done! Ha! Ha!

BTW, welcome to Airforums, (I see by your join date) here you will get an education, there are many knowledgeable people here willing to help a fellow Airstreamer.

If you have copper pipe the faucet could be soldered to the supply lines.

Ha Ha, a trip to Florida doesnt sound too bad today with freezing rain on the way, us Texans aren't used to this stuff!

I should have stated that there is no way of accessing the faucet connections from inside, HAS to be done from the rear compartment.

Msasse, welcome. Airdreamer is correct, these forums are great. I have just started on my refurb this past month and the knowledge gleaned here is fantastic. If you spend some time in the forums before attacking your project, you will go in armed with the info you need to do it right. You will also discover all the pitfalls and many helpful tips for WHATEVER you are doing with your "Stream".

Enjoy!
