4000 miles later....

Visited 2 CAT dealers
Had a broken schraeder valve in valve stem
3 instances of elevated coolant temperature

What we learned:
Question your CAT dealer on EVERYTHING he does and does not do...

There is no switch that i can see anywhere and I did remove the device from the wall. It has a 2 conductor (similar to telephone wire) going to it.

#01-23415-021 cross references to a Gates K080684.

Dash gauge cluster cover replacement

I had to fix this! No part available from Freightliner.
The cluster is removed by 6 8/32 machine screws that attach thru your dash bezel usually wood grain.
