Serpentine belt is provided and installed by freightliner,
#01-23415-021 cross references to a Gates K080684.
Crosses to a Goodyear GYY 4080685.

I would like to know if anyone has replaced or had a failure of the
3126 water pump belt. Any comments and advice would be appreciated.
Things time to failure, recommended change interval, cost of repair, and
company who did the repair.

As some of you know this marvel of engineering requires removal of
the engine balancer to replace the belt. Also the bolts mounting the
belt adjustment pully are very small and thus prone to breaking when
removed due to corrosion. It then appears to me that removal of the radiator
would be required to remove the broken bolt.
