I'm not sure what exactly "Oolong" is, but as far as the air conditioners go, did somebody accidentally turn the emergency a/c switches on?

FYI. It’s a 2018 Classic.
Manual says there’s an override switch but husband is on the roof and see no switch.

I had the same issue with my Classic right after purchase. Until you can get it repaired or replaced the easiest thing to do is manually turn off the unit. In my case it was the rear unit that was having the problem. It wouldn’t shut off no matter what temperature I had it set at. I turned that unit off and just used the front AC. Not to fear, it should be covered under your warranty and will not effect the other AC unit.

Did turn it off at the computer board where we turn it on. Still running even though we shut it off.

On your Classic, there are two rocker switches located in the overhead compartment where the Blu Ray player is. Both should be "off". If they are, make sure both air conditioners are "off" in the firefly touch screen. If everything is off, last resort is to locate the two breakers for the air conditioners, and switch those off.

Have you located the dometic control board? It may be under your kitchen sink? Some of the ‘18s had everything going through the Firefly but there might still be a manually controlled panel somewhere inside.

Finally found the reset switch and the breaker. (Breakers weren’t labeled. ). At least it’s off. Now we can get it repaired some place.
Thanks for everyone’s help.

Spoke with Airstream yesterday. The customer service representative I spoke to had just, a few minutes prior to that, talked with Firefly about that very issue.
For others checking this thread the solution is turn the battery switch to off and unplug the shore power or flip the main breaker. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes then flip the battery back on and plug the unit in. It resets the Firefly system and should rectify the problem. (In our case flipping the AC breaker took care of the problem so far.)

You mean, "reboot" it, with a "hard shut down" ?
We had a similar problem. The front AC fan continued to run. That little ghost "Not Me" from the comic strip Family Circle put the fan in the manual mode instead of "Auto".

Just move to Texas. You won't ever want to turn it off.

I had a similar problem with our 2017 26U. The fan speed control needed to be set on automatic on the thermostat. That let us run the furnace when the temps cooled off without having the AC running.

Similar to hard reboots for phones and tablets, and manual restarts for computers, the above should be standard practice whenever one of our devices malfunctions.
Dometic also has a thermostat hard reboot procedure, spelled out in their manual, which often solves lots of problems.
Thanks for the update.
