Bleeding 16" drum brakes

Hi all,

Quick question. What's the best approach to bleeding the 16" drums on the rears? The bleeder screw seems to be in the most impossible to access location. Do you take all the wheels off? Is it a 5/16th? Any tips on how to do this greatly appreciated. I've struggled with it for hours and can't get a socket in there to loosen off and replace the bleeder.
