we had a bad dump valve that would leak through very slow so what water we put in would be gone before you noticed and bingo tower, put in new valve and never had a problem again.

Yes the fabric is 45 and the rail 45 1/2. I ordered it from zipdee and installed it myself. As I posted before I moved the lights up some and it fits a lot cleaner. My guess is the 47 is overall....
