NorCal : NorCal Rally, Jackson Rancheria, October 7-9 2011

Time to get signed-up for another “hum-dinger” of a rally at Jackson Rancheria. The dates are October 7-9, 2011. We have the same 30 sites reserved as last year. Do not procrastinate because these 30 sites will go fast and then you will be left out. The Jackson Rancheria RV Resort is now extremely popular and is frequently sold-out on a daily basis. It is also now rated as one of the best parks in California. Thus, reservations are required very early.

Reservation Policy for 2011
Please note:
1. All nights must be pre-paid to Jeff!
2. Payment needs to be mailed to Jeff (send a PM message to Coastalview or by email Coastalview@netzero.com)
A cashier’s check, personal check, or money order is accepted.
3. All extra nights before and after the rally must be reserved through Jeff. If you are staying extra nights, decide which nights and pre-pay for them when making reservations. Jeff has reserved a limited number of sites for 10/5, 10/6, 10/9 and 10/10 prior and after the rally dates of 10/7-9
4. Camping fees are $30 a night. This is a discounted rate held from last year!
5. Site assignments are subject to change without notice. Site requests will be honored if possible. Please understand we may have to change site assignments to consolidate the group as the rally approaches.
7. We must report our final numbers on August 1st, therefore no reservations will be accepted after August 1st.
8. A standby list will be created after all sites are full. If there are cancellations, we will from the standby list in order in which it was filled.

Cancellation Policy
• Reservation fees are fully refundable if cancelled BEFORE August 1, 2011
• One night’s fee will be charged if cancelled AFTER August 1, 2011
• NO REFUND if cancelled after October 1, 2011
If cancelled after October 1, the site is paid for and will stay vacant during the rally to avoid a white box inside our group.

Procedure for Making Reservations
1. Decide which nights you will be staying at the Rancheria.
2. Figure out your fee by “number of nights” X $30.
3. Send Jeff a PM message to Coastalview or by email Coastalview@netzero.com for his address to mail a check.
4. Pay for ALL nights you are staying at the Rancheria.
5. Please include the following information:
Forum name
Real names
Site request
Dates paid for
Your email address
Contact phone number
6. You will receive a confirmation email within a few days from Jeff.
7. RSVP on the rally calendar page with name, dates, and site number.
8. Reread the above cancellation policy. Email Jeff ASAP to cancel.

I went to the calendar page and Nothing for oct 2011. Then went to April 2011 and both rallies are posted there. duhhh better sharpen your pencil, lol , fix it man, lol, or you may get voted out of office for being something that someone may not want, more lol.e luv you man. Thanks for your efforts.
better stop it with whatever hootch you are consuming while organizing these events, just give it to me, it;ll be safe ....

OH Dan, it was brought to my attention (Tom) that the rally signup page has a slight error in the reservation box at the bottom

"You may change your RSVP status below on or before 04-07-2011 12:00 PM."

Can you change the date to read 08-01-2011 12:00PM?

Hi, Jeff. I would like to have space #38 please; And want to stay for five nights. Arriving on Thursday October 6th, and leaving on Tuesday October 11th. That will be the nights of October 6-7-8-9-&10 = 5 nights.

Yea your DG, I am all confused trying to put 2 rallies on the calendar at the same time. It's beyond me. But I think it's right now? and you will have to pry my hootch out of my cold, dead hands.
