With overwhelming interest in this rally for 2012, its off officially open for reservations!

It’s time to get signed up for another awesome rally at Jackson Rancheria. The dates are October 12-14, 2012.
We have 35 sites reserved this year.
Do not procrastinate because these sites will go fast and then you will be left out.
The Jackson Rancheria RV Resort is extremely popular and is frequently sold-out on a daily basis.
It is also rated as one of the best parks in California.
Thus, reservations are required very early.

Reservation Polices for 2012

1. All nights must be prepaid to Jeff (Coastalview) no later than August 31st, 2012!
2. A cashier’s check, personal check, money order, or Paypal utilizing personnel transfer are accepted.
3. All extra nights before and after the rally must be reserved and paid for through Jeff.
We has reserved a limited number of sites for 10/10, 10/11 prior and 10/14, 10/15 and 10/16 after the rally
4. Camping fees are $25.00 a night. This is a discounted rate!
5. We must report our final numbers on September 9th, 2012.
6. A standby list will be created after all sites are full.
If there are cancellations, we will fill from the standby list in order in which it was filled.

Cancellation Polices for 2012

• Reservation fees are fully refundable if cancelled BEFORE September 9th, 2012
• One night’s fee will be charged if you cancel AFTER September 9th, 2012 and is not refundable
NO REFUND if cancelled after October 1st, 2012
• If cancelled after October 1st, the site is paid for and will stay vacant during the rally to avoid a white box inside our group.
(This policy will be in effect if your site cannot be filled prior to October 10th, 2012 with an individual on the standby list)
• Site assignments are subject to change without notice. Site requests will be honored if possible.
• Please understand we may have to change site assignments to consolidate the group as the rally approaches.

Procedures for Making Reservations and Payment

1. Decide which nights you will be staying at Jackson Rancheria
2. Figure out your fee by “number of nights” X $25.00
3. Send Jeff an email Coastalview@netzero.com for his address to mail a check or if using Paypal
4. Pay for ALL nights you are staying at the Rancheria by August 31st, 2012!
5. Please include the following information with payment:

Phone number that you can be contacted:

You will receive a confirmation email within a few days from Jeff.
Reread the above cancellation policy. Email Jeff ASAP to cancel.

Jeff,

I was looking for the thread on the 2012 Spring rally at Casini but could only find the one from 2011. Also checked the rally calendar but it didn't appear to be listed. If possible would you please send me a link? We would really like to attend that one also.

You would think that after my experience at the 2011 Jackson rally I would be 'scarred' for life.

I haven't setup a thread for the Spring 2012 rally at Casini yet.
The basic information I can tell all at this point is that each of us make our own reservations and payment directly with the park. Most of us prefer to land a site in their full hookup sites (core rally area) while others enjoy sites that are along the river without.
Casini is not taking any reservations yet for 2012 plus they are preparing to launch their online reservation system.
I'll keep this thread updated as well as our past rallies threads for Jackson & Casini from this year.

Jeff: We are interested in this rally. Could you please post the park address and phone number? We have never been there. btw way you by phone directed us through the maze the San Francisco a few years back when we were heading north. Thanks again.

I mentioned in a prior thread, they aren't ready for taking reservations for 2012 quite yet but our rally dates are set.

Sign us up. We'll try to make it again. Lets see, new house last couldn't go. New backyard this year couldn't go. Nothing new 2012... were there.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but what's the verdict on kids attending the NorCal Jackson Rally? I know some 4 year olds that make a great apple pie & play a mean bocce ball... but we wouldn't want to ruin the established group dynamic if there's a clear preference?

Kids are great! Ours are too old to bring along, so I can't speak for the kids' experience. But this particular adult loves to see them around.

No silly questions here Mia, our rallies are family oriented! Bring your kids, dogs, cats, birds, rabbits....... in-laws?

We are a very diverse group

Our youngest son Collin at age 11 has attended every rally
