4' Grill hose ?
When we got our unit it had what looked like a grill hose ? 4', threaded on both ends. Is that what it is ?

Grill hoses (LP) typically utilize quick connects (vs threaded).

You can get an extension to make it more usable (or just a longer hose).
Be sure to get the low pressure kind. The fittings are different and don’t match up, even though they look almost alike.

Are you sure the ends are threaded? Maybe Billy at the dealer gave you a high pressure POL style hose by mistake. A picture would help - there are all kinds of threaded hoses. Ask your dealer, or check their checklist of included accessories.

What is it? It's a joke. Go to Amazon, they'll fix you up.

Our 2018 Classic came with a 4' hose also. It was described in the manual as being ready to accept fittings at both ends for use with a low pressure appliance. I think that is what you have.
As it turned out, in my case the actual piece already came with a male quick connect on one end and a flare fitting on the other.
Practically speaking the hose was too short to be useful, regardless.

Mine is like mikeinca's. I purchased a 10' extension to add to mine. I use it on my Weber 1200 grill. Now I can use it on the curb side when we set up camp or on the tailgate of my truck. When you do buy it, make sure you get the tapered ends. Otherwise it will not work with your quick connect you have.
