No. I asked several times. I’m not completely sure they have the details and price pinned down. It is a dealer installed option so they said it would be up to the dealer, but seems strange there would be no MSRP. Further, my dealer has no details on it yet from Airstream... I know I’m switching to the battleborns, I would rather not “pay” for 2 new lifelines.. I would like to deduct the price of the lifelines from this package...

We took delivery of our 27FB Twin on Thursday. Saw the comment regarding the tables. Ours are level with each other. Took them down and set them up several times to confirm that there's no issue with them. Composite flooring is great, saw the flooring in the compartments. The hot water heated quickly but haven't used the shower yet to check the ability to keep the demand. No background to provide any input on the refrigeration and impact on power usage. First trip next week. Foley RV Center excelled once again to meet our needs!

Hi summerwood - were you able to measure the thickness of your twin mattresses? We still need to get some sheets and it would be great to have this info.

Thx!

That is great. I’m still not a fan of the tables and I see an early modification in my future but I’m glad that yours is better than the one we saw.

I have a 2021 GT 25 twin. Where is the location of the victron MPPT controller. I want to attach a Bluetooth dongle. Behind the fuse box? Behind the Victron display?

One thing I noticed about our 2021 is we do not have an access panel on the exterior of our trailer for the refrigerator like the 2021 international and flying cloud trailers. My guess is because its no longer a 3 way.

Still has the fridge roof vent

Warpath, congratulations on your new GT! That sure makes the side look cleaner without the fridge access panel.

From your photo, it looks like they still have the fridge roof vent though. I guess it makes sense to vent that heat off the coils rather than dump it inside the coach but it does take up space on the roof if you want to add more solar panels. I’d take the new compressor fridge any day though...

Wishing you many fun travels in your Airstream.

Yeppers, picked up a 2021 30GT Q exactly one week ago, today. Love it! New to campers, and this AS is my first ever. Figured I might as well start at the top. :-) Has 180W solar with new style inverter, but, not convection oven. Fridge is 12v/110v and no propane. Still learning how to use everything. Afraid I bent the right front stabilizer last night when I tried to re-level. Oh well, gotta learn sometime, right? Am technology limited and not sure how to upload pictures.

Yeah, the stabilizers are easily damaged if you ask them to carry any weight. Snug to the earth and a skosh is all you need.

Bent two on my original trailer when I tried to raise the jack without remembering to raise the stabilizers. That is when my wife created our checklist...

Finally!

It seemed like a long time but the wait is over! We picked up Molly and spent the better part of the week exploring the springs around Ocala in our 2021 GT 27 FBQ we purchased from Airstream of Tampa. We couldn't be happier with Molly and the whole delivery experience. Our new rig was spotlessly clean and everything has worked flawlessly.

Our thoughts on four of the changes for 2021,

The 2 way Fridge. Love it! Holds temp, makes ice fast enough that we are leaving our portable ice maker home and removes two vents (big holes) from the rig.

On demand water heater. Meh, It may be the learning curve but I'm not sure it's the best choice and will be tougher when boondocking. It takes a few seconds to get started and resets itself if you try to pause the flow for a boat shower. Our next trip is a two month trip around Lake Michigan so we will either learn to love it or see about replacing it.

Split table. Great idea. It's just the two of us and we set the table up as "U" shaped dinette. Didn't mind the seam in the table and the latches hold the two tables together tight enough that it felt like a single table.

The Mattress switch. We slept great and thought the mattress was as good as any we've tried. I've never had a Tuft and Needle mattress but we don't feel we are missing anything with this new one.

We found a great storage yard that allows owners to work on their rigs. We put a lift kit on it yesterday and will add 400 watts of solar and lithium before our next trip in a few weeks. We look forward too seeing you all on the road!

Share checklist?

Hi:
Waiting for our new AS, not till Feb/March. Would you be willing to share your checklist? We would like to avoid rookie mistakes.
Thanks and travel safely.

Congratulations on your 27GT. We have one on order. Can you tell me if there is any shoe storage near the door? Perhaps under the dinette seat? We had a 2007 27' International and it had a slot under the sink cabinet to store a couple pair of shoes. It was a great idea.

There is storage under the dinette seating on the left just inside the door.

There is a lot of space in the cabinet to the left of the door and under the dinette seat. The subwoofer takes up about 25% but I was still able to fit my home gym equipment inside.
