    Hello Jeff,

Thanks for the information. I was looking at a newer post you sent where you just mentioned that you upgraded to the HaloView then i did find the post where you detailed your installation process. Looks like this is the model you went with,https://www.haloview.com/byte-tango-7.html.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hello Jeff,
We have a 2019 International Serenity FB 27'. Just wondering if installing your HaloView 1080 was difficult. Did it connect to the camper without drilling new holes? Did the wiring connection need much alteration?
    Thanks, Vince

    Good afternoon Jeff,
We are settling into the idea of a 27'Globbetrotter FBT. Can you tell me what you like most about your GT and what you like least? Also, any advice?
    Thank you
    Teri

Jeff, this is a very late response. I just found your message from July.
We are in central Florida for the winter. We spend a few days at a time visiting bird places. Last weekend, we stayed in a State Park north of Vero Beach. Windy and cold! But bright sun and we had a water side camp sight. If I ever learn how to upload my wood turning photos, I will send you some!

    Hi Jeff,
Read one of your posts and noticed that you live in McHenry, IL. I'm looking to get a camper but am a total noob when it comes to campers, towing, or even tow hitches. I spent a few hours reading online about tow hitches and it seems that I should get an Equalizer hitch for my Touareg. But the amount of information (about tow hitches) overwhelms me. Do you recommend a shop where I can take my Touareg, ask about Equalizer hitches and others, and get the proper one installed? I live in DuPage county but am willing to travel anywhere in the Chicagoland area to get quality work done.
    Thanks,
    Jesse

    Hi Jeff,
Read one of your posts on towing a 23’ Airstream and wondered if you would comment on our plan to purchase a 23’ Globetrotter. We own a 2019 Audi Q7 with the towing package and have concluded that the Audi would be a good fit as our initial towing vehicle. Given your experience, how does that sound to you?

Hello Jeff, I noticed you own a Globetrotter, Ram 2500 and Blue Ox. We have a 2021 Globetrotter on order and delivery in August. We currently have a 2019 1500 Laramie 5.7 with a 3.92. Some people pull with our size truck but we feel we will have to pony up to your level for a truck. What are your thoughts ? We are interested in the Equalizer over the Blue Ox due to ease of use. Any advice would be awesome

We are doing a whole remodel. My husband did demo with a friend, but didn't really document how things went together.
I think we will figure it out, but we need to run propane lines and plumbing and we are very new to this! I think i'm most concerned about this part. You can see the progression on my Instagram story here https://www.instagram.com/beth_genengels/ Its been the easiest way for me to document it. Thanks for the reply and have a great day!

Hello Jeff! I saw that you are in mchenry. We are as well. We have been working on a 31' 1972 sovereign for a bit now but have been stalled out and slow going. Hoping to figure out a few things today as well. Anyway, thought I would say "hello." seeing as we are virtually neighbors!

    Jeff,

Thanks for the greeting and encouraging news on the gas 3/4 ton truck. Which one did you go with? I’m looking at either the F250 with the 6.2 or new 7.3L engine and 10 speed tranny. The new GMC and 6.6L engine would work, but like the amenities on the F250 better.

    Safe and Happy Travels,
    Ron

AirUSN, how do you like your ‘19 Ram Limited? What are you using for WD hitch?

We just picked up a 19’ Ram Laramie Crew Sport on Dec 31. We needed a new TV for our 2019 27’ Globetrotter, due the end of March. Local Ram dealer found on one with 3.92 axle, 33 gal tank & towing mirrors. Looking forward to the due setup.

Bill,

We also have a 27’ Globetrotter on order, due end of March and plan to visit during the build. I’d be interested in how your tour goes! What color interior did you choose?
What are you planning to use for a tow vehicle?

Thanks!
Jeff

The excitement of having your new AS comes through your post. We love our GT as well!

We were also camping this weekend near Gettysburg, PA and I agree the weather was terrible. But the rain falling on the "tin" roof is pretty relaxing, especially at night.

Just curious which color scheme you selected?
Hans627, what...
