2018 Classic 33 - projector screen not working

I can’t seem to get the projector to come down. Tried with two remotes that should do it.

Anyone have any info on how the projector screen (Draper) is sited?

Also, is there a manual override for getting the screen down?

There is, or should be, a Draper remote solely to raise and lower the screen. The universal remote(s) may need to be re-programmed. If your Draper remote, with fresh batteries, doesn't work call JC. I am not aware of a manual method to raise or lower the screen. Not much, but hope it helps-

Safe travels,
Chip

Thanks!

I figured it out. Turns out the IR repeater is busted. If I point the remote upward on the left side of the screen it works fine. I’ll have to repair the repeater.

I have the same issue. How did you repair the repeater? Thanks.

The IR for the screen is attached to the top left wall near the screen. I do not believe it works thru the main IR located by the Bose speaker.
