Heard in my call center where I manage 20 supervisors and 400 agents when dealing out corrective action..........
"I'm not a child and I am your child so dont treat me like one" Always said with a great deal of head movement and sass.
My latest? "Honey I won the auction!"

I thought of another one:
Back when electronic ignition was a new thing, my boss told me to start a truck that had the engine liberally doused with gasoline. He informed me,
"go ahead and start it, it's got electronic ignition and won't catch fire!" I did, and it did...

My grandfather had several colorful sayings, most of which I would get in trouble for printing here. Here is one of the tamer ones he used when describing someone who is stingy:
He is so tight, you couldn't drive a flaxseed up his a** with a pin maul.

I'm a great fan of "Oh Brother Where Art Thou". Some excellent "last lines" throughout:
Pappy O'Daniel to his son: "I'll press your flesh, you dimwitted sumbitch! You don't tell your pappy how to court the electorate. We ain't one-at-a-timin' here. We're MASS communicating!"
Ulysses Everett McGill: "Pete, it's a fool that looks for logic in the chambers of the human heart."
Ulysses Everett McGill: "Well, ain't this place a geographical oddity. Two weeks from everywhere!"
Ulysses Everett McGill: "A woman is the most fiendish instrument of torture ever devised to bedevil the days of man."
Ulysses Everett McGill: "You two are just dumber than a bag of hammers."

"Yes honey, I'm sure I cranked the batwing down."
I said that as I was pulling over to the shoulder of the road.

From Douglas Adams Hitchhikers Guide 2 the Galaxy...
Great thread!!
My two favorite quotes from Hitchhikers Guide...there are so many from that great series...
The Book:
What to do if you find yourself stuck with no hope of rescue:
Consider yourself lucky that life has been good to you so far.
Alternatively, if life hasn't been good to you so far, which given your present circumstances seems more likely, consider yourself lucky that it won't be troubling you much longer.
And of course....
