Hey Bake..... I am completely impressed by the work and improvents you have put into your rig. I have a 97 limited, with Burgundy sun shades. This is my first and I absolutely love her very much. I want to polish mine, by myself, and am trying to find a link to photos or tips completed by you, along with procuring a couple of large gray and red clay bars to start. Excellent job, btw. Yours look wonderful...

Hi, your trailer looks fantastic. I have a similar trailer, 1 year older.
Did you polish it yourself or did you have it professionallydone!!

Sir I sent you an email in another forum but thought I'd try this route as well, I am looking at a 1995 26' Excella Airstream that really appears to be in great shape on inspection. However, the outside needs a major overall, no dents but it just looks worn. There's a glaze that covers the aluminum siding, and it's peeling, I'd say probably about 50% of the glaze has peeled off. I called the Airstream dealership and spoke with the service man in ABQ NM this morning and he said you really can't polish anything of this late of a model. From reading one of your messages it sounds like you've had a great experience. My doesn't have to shine like a mirror but I'd like for it to have some wow factor when driving it down the hightway or parking it at a nice RV Park. I'd appreciate your advice. Also I have a brother who lives in Elgin just west of Austin. He lives on a small ranch, his name is Dan Goad. Just thought that was interesting. I digress occassionally. Ha! Thanks. Wally
