Refrigerator only working on lp

Hi my 2021 new fc 25rb recent days has problem on refrigerator. It only working on lp but not on ac I tried disconnect ac / dc and gfci still not works. Is any one could help me out? Thanks

Did it ever work on AC?

Can you find the outlet that it (fridge) plugs into and check that specific outlet for power?

Fridge model number may help get specific troubleshooting tips.

2021 International 25RB with the same fridge issue. The GFCI worked on ours however. In the control board on the outside compartment there is a 5amp glass fuse. That is the AC power fuse. It kept blowing. I would replace it and it would work just until the heating element got hot then blow again. A resistance test of the element should tell you if the element is bad. Also check all your connections on the control board and that you have 120 volts to the element. Since it was brand new I took to The local dealer and they diagnosed the issue as bad element and control board. My element tested at about 42-43 ohms cold and hot which is ok according to the manual but it still could have had a short. Either way after replacing both the element and the board it now works so no complaints!
Try isolating the fridge from the trailer by unplugging from its outlet and running a drop cord from a clean power source outside of the trailer. That way if if everything works on AC line it should then you know your problem is not the fridge but rather your GFCI in the trailer

Thread hijack, sort of.
I have a Dometic Americana probably 03 that just went through a power outage yesterday. It seems to be holding temps, freezer slightly above 0, frig slightly above 32, but the display LED's are gone. Is there something easy to reset? Ideas?

That’s an older fridge so I’m really not sure but on my model on the control board there is a 12v connection for Led display. Assuming yours has the same, Make sure that connection is good and you are getting 12v to the prongs. Other than that I don’t know unless you do a hard reset. Your manual should tell you how.

Keep in mind this refrigerator is not unique to Airstream. There are Dometic appliance warranty centers all over the place. They should be able to diagnose and repair your refer under warranty.
