1971 domestic 45a is out of lighter flints. Need a source

1 - get your friends to save their old BIC disposable lighters when they run out of butane. They always run out of butane before the flint is gone, and you can salvage the flints from them absolutely for free.

2 - Stop at the tobacco counter at your grocery store or Walmart, and buy a card of Zippo flints.

3 - Stop at any place that sells welding supplies, and get flints for the sparkers that they use to light cutting torches. Those flints might be bigger, in case cigarette lighter flints are too small.

Or put a Piezo spark lighter from an old gas grill on it. I have used them in the past on other LP appliances, some that were originally meant to be lit with a match, with good results.
