Huh? Really?
2017 30’ International. Curbside viewed from the interior via the access panel where the water pump is located directly above the freshwater tank.
There is a bolt coming up from below that looks like it should be fascinating something to something…But there is no nut attached? Came from the factory this way. Should there not be a nut and washer on this threaded bolt?
I am perplexed…

I would put a washer, lock washer, and nut on it and call it a day.

Plan to just weird and leaves me asking how many other bolts in my trailer don’t have any nuts/washers attached! This is below the subfloor and I think holds the fresh water tank cover in place

Works for me!
Can you see the head of that bolt on the underside, such that one person can turn the bolt, and someone inside can see if it rotates? Is there a washer under the head of the bolt?
Any chance the black member, through which the bolt comes, has a female thread to receive the bolt?

It appears as though the piece through which the bolt passes is threaded. I say that based on the fact that I see no clearance between the bolt and the cross member. Why such a long bolt is a different story!
Can you move the bolt at all? If not I would say they are screwed together.

Are there any other bolts to the left or right that don't show in the pictures?

It looks to be one of the bolts that holds up the water tank pan.

Consensus being....👍 Rong!!!
Yep... put a nut, flat & lock washer on it say thank you JC. Belay that.
I also am impressed by the method used to secure the two hoses...Gorilla Tape would be the upgrade. 😏
Side note....what exactly is the zip-tie zipping? 😳

Stop!!!!
Do not put a washer and nut on it. It is one of the bolts that holds the freshwater tank pan to the frame. The frame is threaded and the bold is screwed in place through the frame. Putting a washer and nut on this boat would prevent you from being able to remove it from the underside of the trailer.
The only reason I know this 100% is because I just changed the freshwater tank on my 23D and mine is the same way.
I can almost guarantee that your fresh water pan is full of pop rivets and aluminum trimmings and laminate floor trimmings, and all sorts of other trash, but the bolts are fine.

Gorilla tape is more expensive than masking tape. Just think how many trailers you could do with one roll.

Hi, on my trailer the frame is not threaded. The bolts are self tapping. [tank bolts]

Alright here is the deal. This lonely bolt secures the water fresh water tank aluminum cover to the underbelly of the trailer. It’s located between the frame rail that secures the axles and the tank cover itself.
On both sides they only used one bolt even though there are 3 holes available in the flange. Assuming this is because the main bolts fore/aft of the tank are the primary ones that hold the cover.
The bolt does not move. It’s not s self-tapping bolt so I assume they just forgot to add a nut...
Similarly on the street side there is only one bolt.

If it was me, I'd put a washer and bolt on it.
