Got the bearing cap from Inland RV and it's the wrong one! 2.47" just don't quite fit the 2.75" hole in the wheel drum. I replied to the 'order' email from them. See how long this takes. Can't find any bearing caps on there website now.
Back to the machine shop.

I wonder if Colaw's Salvage might have some.

After Inland stopped answering my emails (they don't take phone calls) I went to a machine shop. The first one they made was too small. The second try was 2.745 which was little big. I sanded on it and put it on dry ice then beat the heck out of it. I think it's seated

May never come out again. It it does, I'll work it down another couple thousands and try again. Stainless steel don't give much. Would have been better to heat the drum and freeze the cap, but then all the grease would melt. Was less to have one make then the cost plus postage to get the wrong one from Inland.
Now to clean the wheel up and put it back together.
Time to go fuel up and take a trip.

the list:
replacenBell Cranks DONE
replace h/w tank DONE
replace dump valves DONE
install in-cab AFC control(back ordered)
replace valve springs (back ordered)
awning pull straps replaced (or replace all the awning)
drop fuel tank fix gauge sender DONE
fix generator
redo gauges and backup monitor mounts
replace all the ceiling light fixtures w/LED's DONE
shower door DONE
re-clear coat, replace left rear panel
cell booster
ADDED to:
Cruise control fix/replace

Mel,

Would these 2.75" grease cups from Amazon work?

If the cap is a little too small to fit properly perhaps you could
expand it with a tool like this:

Well good news! MY 'to do' list is shrinking. Mover to the 'DO' column: new generator, in-cab AFC installed, valve springs replaced and I put another heater shut off valve in.

Big different in performance with the in-cab AFC.

the list:
replace Bell Cranks DONE
replace h/w tank DONE
replace dump valves DONE
install in-cab AFC control DONE
replace valve springs DONE
awning pull straps replaced (or replace all the awning)
drop fuel tank fix gauge sender DONE
fix generator REPLACED
redo gauges and backup monitor mounts
replace all the ceiling light fixtures w/LED's DONE
shower door DONE
re-clear coat, replace left rear panel
cell booster
Cruise control fix/replace
Added: dash heater manual shot off valve DONE
