The air pump/compressor is located under the front bumper.

Sorry Bob, missed your message, I'm buying the 370LE from Charles O'Steen.
He's got to get it running, and I'm.going to get it to Europe!
It's in a rather rough shape, but the price is right for me,
I would like to know where the air pump is located? Or.is it engine driven?
The carburator is shot, so he's going to get a new Carb,
After the deal is done, I'll.start a new thread.
Basically the chassis and engine Info is what I need, , p30 is readily available but not the Gillig for a AS
    Thanks

hey bob looking in mass for someone to put a new trans and engine in my 1985 345 but every truck shop and rv place says no - may have to undertake this at home but i am not a super gear head - is it too big a project for a beginner ?

    Bob
my last message to you ended up in never land
    I'm now in Durango
i disconnected the alternator and ran Cumbres Pass to Chama Pagosa Springs then Durango
great ride rig ran great no problem with the alternator out of the picture
bought a new alt at NAPA today so i got that in hand
if i were not going to be dry camping on this caravan i would just wait till I got home in Nov to replace it but I probably will have a local diesel shop put it on as the camp doesn't want you wrenching on your rig in camp
PIA fixing stuff all the time but when you drive old rigs gotta deal with it
    thanks for your input
must be some internal diode or something in the alt that caused the problems ????
starts and stops with the key as it is supposed to now.
I can run the rest of the trip without it if i have to
    regards
    richard

    Hi,

Would love to see photos of exterior and interior of your 325. I co-moderate a Facebook page that features Classic Airstream Motorhomes, and would love to be able to post your photos, if you're willing to share them.

    Thanks, Derek Wilkins
