That's great. Check out the New England Unit web page http://www.wbcci1.org/ne/events.htm for upcoming events. I'm sure you'll get a warm welcome. (New guy gets to take the potatoes out of the campfire. ) Just kidding... Now they'll be sending me more little emails... I love negative attention.....

Hi Gayle and Peter -- We're doing the same! Our first trip in our 19' Bambi (2005) and we're in D44. Is it safe to put the newbies this close together?? I'm trying to get out of work a bit early....so if I am able, we should be there around 3:30 or 4:00 p.m. Starting to pack and get things ready! We'll throw some wood in the truck too. Got the 'fridge cooling. And heard the weather is going to be nice. Yay!

Swing over to my house tonight, after you get situated, if you want to pick up some extra firewood. I can't really carry that much with all our "stuff" packed. certainly not enough for a "NEU-style" (or should that read: "JimF-style" ) fire.

Thinking of guys every single MINUTE as I cut potatoes, reek like onion & celery.
Good thing I'm not doing this on Airstream Lane. You guys would throw me out! Doing it with a smile of course, since you are ALL worth it.
Picking up the BEST Italian bread in Rhode Island tomorrow at Venda's. So come with hungry stomachs. Must forget about all the Carbs tomorrow, as this bread is excellent. I'm sure Over59 can attest to this.

Venda's rocks. Their bread is great. There is however a small place back in the neighborhood which still uses an old brick oven. I can never find it on my own. Never had a loaf of bread from the hill that wasn't great. It's the water. I'll bring some oil.

I'm expecting a 2pm arrival. It's about 2 hours for us. We are traveling sans galley with a small 120 fridge. The wine fridge isn't in yet so we'll really be roughing it.

Earl and I are heading to Pam's house now to bring the tent and coffee pots etc for her to bring with her early. Looks like lots of hands to help set the tent up. I am told by M&M that it is easy. We hopefully will get there around 430 or so providing there isn't too much traffic. Can't wait to pull in. Got the wine chilling. Look forward to meeting all the new folks. Remember new ones...I am not as scary as I first come off.....I am really quite nice (just ask me!) Yukionna, stay away from your trailer door!! Over59 come and get your glasses. GreenP and bobandcarla can't wait to get together again. Balgrn don't forget that awesome centerpiece. Tumbleweed (a.k.a. pyroman) bring the matches for the fire. Oh yeah, is Leon doing pie? Gail...yummie cheesecake. See ya all real real soon.
