We did them a big favor last year [and they were nice to us, too, as always] by expertly using the sloping spots at the east end. We also had some wonderfully cooperative Airstreamers who were willing to help work the issue. I may be mistaken, but I don't think the parking crew expected us to use those spots, so maybe there's a little wiggle room...
Anyway, see you there. I will have a few margaritas this year before we start parking.

Oh yes - there is always wiggle room - we just can't commit past the alloted spots - every year they give us more spots as we need them - so we'll see how this year goes....
We are getting more and larger groups each year - so they are taking blocks of space that will fill us up fast......

Although our "check's-in-the-mail" to you on Monday 12MAR - it may be a challenge to read because the postmark is written in Arabic. Mailed it from the Middle East!

If you are even considering this rally, get your $$ in ASAP. The only guarantee is it WILL fill up, and it's always a lot of fun! This will be our 6th year and every year it's still as exciting as the first!

Just talked to balloon folks - they have been pretty much full since Nov - so, they are going to work with me on releasing more spaces - and since we are the largest group, we are first priority on cancellations - so if someone cancels, we get the space - also this year we will be STRICT on the CANCELLATION policy - in the past we have been able to be more flexable
So if you want to attend, please send in your reservation - we will do our best to get you in - don't wait to see if spaces open up as we will take reservations on a first come first serve basis

As of today we have 5 spaces left - so if you want to join us do not hesitate - I suspect after this weekend we will be on a waiting list - we suggest you go ahead and send your deposits - and we will take based on USPO postmark - also we are first on the waiting list for balloon fiesta - so as spaces open up we will get them.
We will do everything we can to get you in - if you have sent in money you should have received a confirmation

The balloon fiesta is now full - however DO NOT DESPAIR!! - we are working with the Balloon Folks to free up some more spaces for us - so stay tuned....
Update - those who are attending will have a GREAT time - the weather is looking fantastic for another perfect launch and a good time is promised for all!
