The first oil change should be at 10K or 12 months. The second at another 20k and 12 months thereafter. I bet the oil change reminder was not set for the Sprinters longer maintenance period.

Joe, Look on top of the Magnum inverter, there will be a small 5 amp ? circuit breaker.
A reset should fix the problem. The outlet won't power much without tripping.

That is the drain hole. The inner ring is shorter than the outer ring, so when the drain hole is covered with caulk and fills up the water will run down inside instead of out the hole.

You didn't mention checking the toliet valve. I had the pump running as you described and it was the toliet valve was causing it. A few flushes and it cleared the problem.
