I can't get over how these Rock Tamers stink! I can smell them in the cab of the truck and in the trailer! Them rock tamers done stunk up my campsite!

It's a Dodge, and being shipped from Salt Lake City. When it gets here in two weeks and I sign that title, I'll post details and pictures in an appropriate thread. But paid the transfer/shipping costs this morning. Wife and I are like kids on the first of Dec waiting for Christmas to arrive.

Even in a dip with the rear tires in the lowest point there is an inch and a half clearance. I think it's gonna be ah-ite!

There is still an inch of clearance with the entire rig in a dip.
I'll check for 3"-4" clearance when I get on level ground.

New Sony CD player w/iPod control, and new Alpine front speakers. Still need to get replacements for the original bedroom speakers. They're still functional, but sound awful compared to the new fronts.

Today, 21 June, we signed the transfer papers and wrote the check for our membership with a lot at the Airstream only Ponderosa Shadows RV park at Lakeside, AZ. There are only 40 members so it is a small group. The grounds are open from May to the first week in October. There is at least a twenty degree drop in air temperature between there and Phoenix.
We have full hookups with park wide WiFi and cable TV/Internet is available to each lot. Each approximately 8,000 square foot lot has a 10' x 12' shed for personal stuff and our lot has a pad for a 15' in diameter screen room.
We spent the night there when we put down a deposit. There are square Streams, 5th wheel Airstreams and a few vintage units along with the new stuff.

It is parked in a dip- front of the truck is going up a hill.
Will another washer lift it? I might try that. Seems like maybe the truck's springs are getting weak. I wonder if there are helper springs available for it.
Even on a level surface it seems to sit low if the front wheels are turned, but level if the wheels are straight.
Do the spring bars get weak with age/use?
