It did. But I expect it to fail at some point in the future due to excessive heat cooking the controls in the space between the oven and cooktop. Simply poor engineering design and not serviceable. Will replace with a Furrion in the future.

It was real nice meeting you at the Mothership this past weekend! Thanks for the tour of your trailer, you have a very nice unit. Hope you enjoyed your factory tour. Keep in touch and hope to have you join us on New England rallies next summer on your month break.

Cool! (And, the weather as well...) Yes, as I write, my new Classic is supposed to be in the build process right now, with a completion date of 21 January. The completion date has moved 2-3 times since I ordered the trailer. Sold the old one in less than a day with an ad on A/F. The guy who bought it had been "stalking" my trailer for a couple of years due to all the mods I'd done! Sold it for $63,500 -- about $9,000 more than I could have gotten on a trade-in. My new trailer will promptly be disassembled when I get it with a Magnum MSH-M inverter/converter/charter, a Travl'r DirecTV dish, 600 W of solar panels, rear view camera, WiFi Ranger, Wilson cell amplifier, 4 Lifeline AGM 6V batteries, PI Power manager, Maxim skylights, etc. I have boxes of stuff everywhere! Hope to head down your way before end of March. Best to you! Barry

Yes I'd be up for a road trip. We got into competive shooting a couple of years ago and the premier range in the country is a place called K&M Shooting center in Crestview Florida.
We are pulling out for a trip and a major competition over the weekend.
That is a big reason I went with an Airstream due to how nice they travel.
I also have projects in PCB Florida and a good hook in a couple in Elgin.

Thanks for the in its I will have to look at the calendar and see if I can make it.

We met two brothers from Georgia...twins...retired FBI--they were interesting to talk to. There are some really interesting people who will end up in the waiting room with you. Take the factory tour...it was fun. And anything you may want to purchase from AS...is in that AS shop.
Hope you have a good time/trip.

Welllll....I had a check list of things that needed to be fixed at the AS factory. Let me just say...when they "fix" those things...YOU check them our before you leave. Example : the outside shower faucet was replaced by AS. I did not check it. When we tried to use it in the Florida Keys, it leaked like crazy. It needs a new O-ring...and one that seems impossible to find. Now, if AS replaced that part, one would think they would check to see if it leaked. They did not--and now it is my problem in Florida. There wer other issues too.

There is basically nothing around the factory...except a lot of very nice people...one kinda cool hardware store and a great kinda fancy restuarant that was very good. AS does have wi-fi...so bring some stuff to do.

Oh...just found this post. Glad you had a good trip...sorry you backed into a board. I managed to back my truck with the huge hitch into the side of our AS...somehow I got to the point of not worrying about those bumps, bruises, scrapes...there are just too many of them and, the good part is, I can always say things like, "Remember when I scraped along those spruce trees in northern Arizona?

I finally got my son to wash/wax the AS...I did this by telling him he would inherit the AS someday--funny how that worked!

    Hope your day goes well!
