I just made a reservation across the road. We get our rowing schedule so late that we always miss out on early registration. But it shouldn't be a problem since we will be in the Sprinter Westfalia again. We are extra mobile in a B-Van.
We are excited that we are able to come and see everyone again.

we certainoy sympathize as we had a very busy HS drummer and then ROTC and sports kids ourselves. NO guilt trip was intended or implied..but u will be missed.

Don't worry about the congas, no need to hassle...

Might Know a Drummer

Wait till Steven hears about this!

Actually, since we've started leading worship at church, we've become quite proficient at transporting drums, guitar, bass, PA, and even keys.

I'll discuss it with musicians' union and see if I can work out an arrangement.

They're a bit short in stature but but they stay in tune and in time and aren't too proud to lug and set up their own gear.

Sounds like replacements may be coming! Think we can get Caroline to play the fiddle again?

Somebody cancelled today. I hope it wasn't someone from our group, but we are now on A37.

See you all there.

Alan,

As I remember some of the A spots are rather steep, and I think our 34 would get hung up. Do you know what the slope of A37 is, and if it is downhill or uphill?

Thanks,

Craig

The "A" sites can be quite steep, but if I can get my 27'er up there with my ancient (and unmodified) F150, you should be fine. Most sites are plenty long. Susan really wants to see a 34'. See you guys there!

Ron and crew, so very happy you guys are coming. Can't wait to see you guys. Maybe we can talk #1 child into letting us bring the new twin grandbabies with us. See you in a few weeks!

Awesome!!! So glad Aviator and crew can come! Hmm, we have some musicians in our bunch. Not GOOD musicians, mind you, but musicians all the same. Maybe if Rob has a couple of beers he will play his banjo for us. I have a guitar, but play only for people under seven, who still believe I can play even after they hear me. We are all up for some campfire music, though! Pizza chop, which site is yours? And how old is your youngest? Our seven are between the ages of eight fourteen. I sure hope you are coming!

You know, I would help out on the music side of things but the only instrument that I know how to play that sounds any good is the CD player. If that helps any then I'm in.

As I remember, the A sites are on a hill, I would be the entertainment for all if I had to park on that.

Almost October, I have to clean out the mud dobber nests in my heater - looked up there when inspecting all the systems and spotted them - I would hate not to have heat up there.

Not sure about that site, but I think the ones on the left as you go up were steeper. We had some big trailers in there before though.

PIzzaChop Ron and Brenda's 9 are a toddler though a 17 or is it 18 yr old...?Try telling them all apart!! Especially the middle boys.

As for music, we got it covered...

Anyone for Friday night wine tasting? I have some cool reds.

I have a few unique ones I have collected and will bring along.

Fayette County Schools are out on Friday so we should be up midday. I just want to wait for morning traffic to thin before blasting through the downtown connector!

Possible space for Falluminium

I think you have already found a spot but we may not be bringing the trailer. We will be back and forth but may end up leaving the trailer at Top of Georgia. Lots of things going on with the new home in Blairsville that will have us running back and forth to the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds to partake in the festivities. We have site A-18 booked from Wednesday through Sunday. It is up the hill but the site is level and easy to back into. We had the site last year and liked it so we booked it again. Stan and Lynn were booked right next to us and they had no problem getting their 34 foot trailer into their site. Jerry
