76Sovereign -- best wishes for a speedy recuperation on the surgery and hope to meet you both at the October rally. I've heard lots of good things from folks who've had that surgery.

Airhog1 -- we're really disappointed that we won't be able to meet you and see your trailer. Again, maybe in October?

Soldiermedic -- I haven't talked it over with maccamper yet but he may be available to be a BBQ judge. We weren't planning to enter the BBQ competition this time around since this is our first rally. maccamper would welcome some "judging training" from billberk. maccamper does some really great "smokin'" on a smaller scale on our Hasty Bake here at home. He's done lots of research as he's fine tuned his recipes for brisket, ribs, pork butt, chicken, .... not much road kill though.

As a member of the DC, I will have to attend this meeting.

My heart will be in Branson and I am so bummed that we will not be able to "SHOW OFF" our 75 re-mod that weekend.

Anyway, I know you guys will have a great time...if anybody wants our spot just let me know.

G
Gene, I couldnd make the Fall rally due to another obligation that sprang its ugly head so I know how you feel. Sorry you can't make it. Maybe I'll see you at a future Rally.

We have hibernated for the winter but have just awakened and thinking about getting back on the road. Sorry we won't see you in Branson.

OH bummer Gene. We were gonna be neighbors too!

Maybe the DC would like to meet in Branson. We could give up the Pavillion for a couple of hours on Saturday. Just a thought.

Steve: I will be happy to take the space of Gene as a judge though I fully understand I could never compare with the great master Airhog.

Gary,

Just remember to take the money $$$ before the tasting begins...that way you can stay clear of any riff raff that might come up saying you were bought off!

LET'S JUST KEEP THIS BETWEEN YOU AND ME!

75-Steve,

If I did that then I would be gone from work for 5 days and that is just a little bit to much right now.

Gene: That's why I volunteered for barbeque judge assignment--I am well aware how profitable it was for you last year! I"m sure that hefty sum went toward the down payment on your newly reconditioned 75 A/S. I just hope that Bill will be as generous this year.

Thumbs up

Maccamper: Thank you for the "best wishes" for my hubby Jack.
We WILL see you in Oct. for the fall rally.

Airhog: Sorry to hear you won't be able to make it to the rally. I guess Jack and I will have to wait until Oct. to see your AS.

Glad the thread was bumped today. We should be arriving a month from today on April 2nd. Getting close. Just need to set up a time to go get the Ambassador from AOA.
