Small drawer under pantry

One of the issues on the list at a recent visit to JC was the drawers under the fridge and pantry. We arrived home and I went to put the items back into the drawer and the drawer does not go back in without lifting and even then not completely and will not come out to look at the mechanism. Is there something that I do not understand about using this drawer?

Sounds like it’s off track. Are both rails connected at the base?

Mine does the same thing as all my drawers on my 2020 30 Classic. It's off the track. I fixed the rest but don't have the energy to fix another one right now. Good ole Airstream Quality.
