I have a snack kit by the door for quick grab and go. I put them in snack size baggies so people can grab and go. (I do meal and gear support for a bicycle club from time to time). Anyone else have good snacks to share? I need some new ideas
1) Fruit
2) dried Fruit
3) G.O.R.P.
4) Nut Butter boats
5) cheese and grapes
6) applesauce
7) olives
8) Protein rice crispies or cheerios
9) I also make a 'kind bar' with cherries and cashews (very popular)
10) No bake granola energy bites
Chips and dip, real apples, oranges and bananas, peanut butter and crackers, small cans of fruit in the fridge, summer sausage, cheese and crackers, popcorn, Goldfish and anything else that takes my fancy in the grocery store.

Do you know what a learning experience is? A learning experience is one of those things that says "You know that thing that you just did? Don't do that."
Here are some things that go in our snack bags, not all healthy but easy to grab.
Baby carrots
Baby tomatoes
Celery
Cauliflower florets
Pre sliced apples
Small pretzels
Cheese bells
Raisins
Chex cereal
Popcorn
Mini muffins
Mini egg bakes (mini muffin pan)
Rice cakes (rice squares with additives) very popular on Tour.
Cheez Whiz???
I am sure I haven't had Cheez Whis in 40 plus years!
Of course I have eaten Spam so...
Bruce
P.S. I'm not suggesting Spam as a snack...
