SeeLevel 11 tank monitor issue

Hello all you streamers, love the conversations.
I own a 2017 19 ft Flying Cloud and we love it!
We are total newbies and are learning every day.
On our last trip the SeeLevel 11 tank monitor showed the letter C and refused to show voltage, fresh, grey or black water levels, tried to reboot the 12 volt and got nowhere.
We've taken the trailer back to the dealer and they had never seen this.
Any ideas?

Looks like you may need a new display module, here are the instructions/troubleshooting. Note item #7 in troubleshooting.

Hi Ravennaman - I know this is a super old post, but I came upon it because I am having the same exact issue with my 2020 25' Flying Cloud. I've looked everywhere for answers but no one had heard of this issue, until I found your post! Just wondering how you ultimately resolved it?
