The two most common issues are a loose wiring connection and a bad sensor. Neither is easy to fix. You can first temporarily swap the grey tank wires to the monitor board to test the board. If it tests good, you can partially drop the pan by disconnecting the sewer outlet pipe and removing the pan bolts. That will give you access to the sensor and you can use temporary jumper wires to test the sensor. If it works the wiring is the issue. It may be easier to run new wires rather than track down an issue in the existing ones.
