Nails Screws to hang pictures and curtain rods?

Im picking up my 78 Argosy next week. She has been mostly restored. I would like to hang some fabric and hang some art etc. What types of nails and screws do you use? I don't want to drill through the camper. Im very new to this all and very grateful I found ya'll.

What are the walls covered with?

VELCRO has worked very well on the 'mouse fur' and bare aluminum.

BTW....beautiful trailer.

Walls are painted with a textured like sand maybe added to the paint. I really like the paint. Velcro huh? I would have not known that! How about a curtain rod around my bed? Thank you, i think it's a beautiful trailer too! What is yours?
