Water Hook-up Whoas

I have been searching the forum trying to figure out why water is coming out of one of the small gray pipes out the back. I have two valves and they are closed. The water just comes out the one, and it looks like there should be a valve on this one or a cap? I tried to attach a pic of what It looks like. I am a new Airstream owner of a 84 Sovereign and any advice or help I can get is greatly appreciated!

I'm afraid it's difficult to tell what's going on from your picture.
In our case, when we first got our '86 Sovereign, it leaked out the back when I fired up the water pump. This was due to a bad pressure regulator on the external water supply line (back leakage). I have since replaced said regulator with a valve (and use an external pressure regulator) until I install a new one.

What's upstream of where it comes out? Manual valve, being possible low point drain? Relief valve? Either could be bad.

It looks like there is only one pipe leading from the outside hookup to this point. There is no other arms or valves until after the small extension where the water starts to come out. I took another pic that is not as close up. Thanks for looking at my post and offering any suggestions. My manual does not have a diagram of how the water system should look, but to me it just doesn't look right.
