Awning question.

Hi Forum members;
Sometimes either after removal or during storage of my awning I noticed a clean break of the aluminum tab at the end side plate of the roller. This round end plate which is stationary with the end mounting pin must have had a tab which broke off. I presume that it is the release cam for the awning. Since I do not remember what the broken off piece looked like, I am asking for help. Is that part still available? If not, can someone provide me with a pic of what the part should look like so that I can adopt something in place of the original.
I have a 1973 26' Argosy and not sure who made the awning. Thanks in advance. "Boatdoc"

Awnings manufacturers can usually be identified by the arms.

How about a photo?

Also can you send a photo of the area that the missing item was in?

Greetings BoatDoc-
I would imagine that the other end of the awning cap is the same, perhaps if you were able to post a few photos the folks here on the forum will be able to help you out. Without knowing which awning you have pictures are a must. Look forward to trying to help.
