ZipDee Relax Awning Support Arm repair
Does anyone have experience with troubleshooting/repairing/replacing the support arm on the 12v ZipDee Relax awning. It appears the electric cylinder in the arm is not working correctly. I can hear it turning, but no movement. Maybe a stop nut / pin / etc. is loose? I’m curious how complicated it is to remove the arm and inspect the cylinder. (Or, should I take it to a dealer for the repair?)

I'd call ZipDee and talk to them.
