Tire replacement

We have a 2006 30ft Airstream Classic. It is time for replacement tires. Any recommendations? Or tires to avoid?

Do you have 15" or 16" wheels? For 15" I would go with the Goodyear Endurance trailer tires. I would avoid almost every other ST tire. For 16" the Michelin LT tires.

Get the round black ones...
...or better yet, use the search feature for hours of endless reading about TIRES!

i suggest you upgrade to 16" wheels

we use the Michelin tires as other AS users also do.

the number of 15" tires sold is reducing each year as fewer vehicles use them.
there is a far greater selection of 16" over 15"

Thanks for the input. We went with the Goodyear Endurance. We’ll see how they ride over the next 4-5years. Happy travels!

I like the GYE tires on my GT. They are now three years old with about 17k miles and have performed flawlessly.

While I like Michelin tires they are not made in 15" LT size. And the folks from Michelin said the GYE are good tires. So it is my plan to replace them when needed with the same tire.
