Campground suggestions near Floyd, VA
Anyone have any campground suggestions near or around Floyd, VA? We are headed that way for FloydFest (a music festival) and the cost to camp at the festival is exorbitant. I welcome any suggestions!

Why would you not stay at Virginia Highland Haven? An all Airstream park, very close. Great place!

Agree w Larry,
Highland Haven is a very nice Airstream Park. Open spring thru fall. About 10 mi. from Floyd.

Heard that "Daddy Rabbit's Campground" in Willis, Va is close (12 miles from Floyd) and remote. Might be worth a call.

Staying at Highland Haven is probably your best option. I usually go to Floydfest but can't go this year. I usually stay at Rocky Knob Campground right on the Parkway. It is very convenient as it is only 5 miles from Floydfest. However, be aware that there are no hookups. Pm me if this sounds good. I have a map of the campground. About half of the sites are reservable.

Floyd, VA
We stayed at Chantilly Farms this Spring and thought it was a Great Campground. Lots of open areas and close to Floyd for the music.

Meadows of Dan, six miles away, full hook ups very nice.
Pay the money for VIP parking. Well worth it, come and go right next to everything
