layers of skin to peel the onion

Wow, I jumped head first into my 63 Ohio Bambi knowing nothing- as I uncover more skins and rivets I am constantly overwhelmed.

I need some help determining the best course of action to make my current dilemma some lemonade-

There’s significant skin, frame and window damage on the street side.
I’m trying to do most of the work myself to save $

Not quite sure what you mean by "as I uncover more skins and rivets..." Are there layers of new skin installed over wrinkled skin so that things look kosher on the outside, but not the inside? Or is the exterior skin beaten up, and this is what we are seeing from the inside on your pics?

If it is the latter, then the way to fix it all would be to remove the damaged flat panels and replace them with fresh aluminum. The curved sections on the endcap will be more challenging, as you can't just buy new replacement segments. So you have a choice of finding used ones, removing and straightening the ones you have (need to find someone with skill on an English Wheel), or have some made from scratch (again, likely an expensive operation that will require some real talent on and English Wheel).

You can probably hammer out the deformation in the ribs, and I would try to straighten out the window frame (which will likely require removing it from the trailer). Only other option would be to try to find a used one and replace it.

good luck!
