Mystery-ish Wires! AC / Thermostat

Hello. I need some help.

2005 International - 28 Ft.

Dometic Penguin AC w/ Heat Strip (on unit controls)
ATWOOD Furnace
ATWOOD Furnace Thermostat in Bedroom

Looking to replace old thermostat (OEM) with new dometic part no 3316232.010:
https://www.camperpartsworld.com/Dom...k_p_20128.html

Removing the wall in the bedroom exposed three mystery wires (black, red/orange, blue/yellow). These were traced to under the fridge, where they take a ride up the wall (I can't find to where). They do change colors in a 6-pin adaptor to (black, red, blue). I have not traced the other three wires that are in the 6 pin connector yet. Any idea on what these are for and where they go?

Next to these wires (under fridge), appear a control wire and two blue wires similar to the ones attached to the ATWOOD Thermostat. The ones on the thermostat run to the furnace, the ones I found here run up the wall to the AC unit alongside the control wire. I know these are needed for the new dometic thermostat / control unit.

Lastly, on the AC Unit are two more wires (white and purple), next to the two blue wires and control wire which I traced to below the fridge. Any idea what the white / purple are for?

Lots of tracing wires and this is as far as I've been able to get in a few days.

FYSA: I do have a solar system installed. Under the fridge are two unused wires labeled SOLAR (yellow, and a green).

Thanks for the handy help!
