led conversion

I have a 1984 excella with monarch 9075 lenses. Does anybody know about a conversion kit to make these LED? The problem is the 1157 bulb is hung vertically. The LED requires the bulb to be vertical. And by the way, how well do the fiber optics work after so many years? Anybody have the same situation. Thanks

Just do a search under "led tail lights" there are two or three threads.
I'm waiting for my Korean to return from China with the latest version of what may be a LED retrofit for our coaches.

A picture or two would help.

Fiber optic cable typically has a long lifespan. But dirt/grime on its endpoints can cut down on the light transmitted.
