Hello Airstream world! We pulled the trigger and purchased our new Airstream! Did our first adventure from AZ to Nevada, stayed in a red rock canyon in between. Can’t wait to meet other streamers and see the country.

Congratulations on you new AS. And welcome to the forum. It's a great place learn and share all things AS. Just curious if you got the FB or RB, twin or queen?
One way to meet other 'streamers is to join the AS club. Go to www.wbcci.org and you will find links to the units in your area.
Wishing you many happy days and nights in your new AS and many safe and enjoyable miles of travel!
Thanks. We opted for the Twin FB and plan to make it convertable to a king with a custom insert between the twins. Works for more guys trips, and can be quickly converted for me and my wife for our trips. Twin also looks more open. Thanks for the forum tips.
Welcome from Colorado: I second the notion of joining the Airstream international club. There you can join caravans or rallys to meet other Airstreamers from your region. We are members #8607.
We've had an Airstream since 05 and now that we are retired, we enjoy traveling with it. I also embraced the vintage Airstream hobby that gives me something to do in my retirement. You may find 50 year old Airstreams in the campground where you might be staying. It is my view they build them much better now that then. However, Airstreams do last a very long time indeed.
