LEDs? I'm looking. Just not sure where to look. Not in any cracks!

light
PB379, can you take a pic of the underside of the light cover, my Tradewind bulb just lays on the roof, I would like to see the mount that appears to be riveted to the underside of your cover.
Chris, How well would a pic show the new led lights you installed? I am really trying to keep my TW as original as possible, but the led's intrigue me. MPJ

Here's some pics with no flash and no shop lights on. The only light you can see is from the 2 new LED's. You might say they were a shot in the dark to see if they came out.

Here is the skin under the porch light. Kind of corroded. It took a little bit of cleaning and sanding but in the end it turned out OK.

Lance, if you are not keeping the ceiling lights in your trailer, you can take one of the four lights and recycle it to your porch light. I did that to my Argosy 20 and it worked great. If you need pictures let me know and I'll send some. keep up the good work.
Are you going to Canyon of Eagles rally in the spring?

Bruce,
Thanks for the idea. I'll just borrow one for now. Yes we are planning on the Canyon of the Eagles rally. I hope to be done fixing the rear end separation by then. All I need is some "Separation H" as WasagaChris pointed out...lol

Thanks
Now I know what I'm missing under my light cover. If it's not in the trailers bag of bits and parts, I think I can make somethinhg that will work. MPJ

Looks good, Lance.
BTW, don't waste your money buying the "official" Airstream lens for that door light. I think the parts dealers want $16 for it and it's nothing more than cheap plastic. You can make your own lens for pennies. You can use either a one gallon milk container or clear plastic packaging. The hardest part is creating a template to make your home made lens so that it fits but that didn't take too long.

Thanks Mike. Good idea. I do have the frosty white lens. It has a crack, but you wouldn't notice.

As we have all said before, many may not notice it...it's what you will know is not right, and can you live with it.
I think from what I know about Lance...he will be just fine with it
