Looking at a 1970 AS International

Hello anyone,
I live in hot Lake Havasu City, AZ, and there is a 1970 International for sale for $6,000.00. I had a friend go with me who owns a 1973 AS. Is there anything that I should be aware of about this year? I'm new to this forum and any help would be appreciated.

I have a 1973 Overlander and I had a bathroom full of rot on the floor. Very common with that style of Airstream. It usually is around the toilet and by the trunk. I bet if that has not been fixed it will need to be. The black tanks get leaks and then the waste rots the metal. I had to rip off the back belly pan drop the tank, box holding the tank, replace the floor and tear out the bathroom. It really was not that difficult. It took me 6 months for the major stuff to get fixed. Worth it. Check out my restoration link. I took pictures. Check out Jim and Susan full monte and Pizza chops also.
